First Look:
Student Study Center
A Place for Students to Study and Collaborate
Net proceeds from The Sky's the Limit virtual benefit will fund the creation of a dedicated, quiet space where students can do schoolwork or study during free periods, lunch or after school will meet a timely need for a flexible, student-centered study environment.
Designed to support both individual and communal learning, the center will feature an open and dynamic layout. In addition to wireless access and charging stations throughout the center, separate break-out spaces will be fully integrated with audio and visual technology resources freely available to students for digital filming, presentations and active learning. The overall goal is to give students a place of their own that feels familiar and inspiring, supporting them in simple but important ways every day.
Please join us on Saturday, March 6 at 5:30 pm to learn more about the study center and how it will benefit Maranatha students.
The large classroom upstairs in the Student Center (Room 201) will be converted for use as the new study center. Please see below for renderings of the proposed Study Center.
